I'm in physics and the definition of weight is the force of gravity acting on an object so I wondered…will I have better balance/fall less if I lose weight?

OMG you can but you wont lose a lot of weight. if you want to lose weight do excercise and walk at less 10 min a day. you can loss weight by drinking that but you have to keep drinking water for at less 1 year to loss weight
Take in less calories than you burn, to lose weight, and you train for parkour by just doing it.
Sorry- no magic food or diet will make you lose weight. calories of ANYTHING eaten must be less than calories burned to lose weight.
