Yes, an aftermarket mustang caster plate will fit on your mk vii. it will give you a greater choice of caster angle, but not much more. If you are planning ten seconds in a quarter mile i would say go ahead. but if you are just cruising around town in a stock vehicle, there is not much of an advantage.
hope this helps
It is possible that a Mustang transmission will fit in a Lincoln Mark VII. It is likely that the clutch plate and the pilot bearing will have to be changed.
Yes.
i have not done this but have seen it so yes.
The 1986 Lincoln Mark VII computer is behind the kick plate on the passenger side of the passenger compartment. The kick plate will need to be removed in order to view the computer.
If you're talking 87-93 mustang and Lincoln mark VII, I think most engine transmission (automatic) parts are interchangeable. no they use different transmissions and engines
Nope diffrent frame type. Dew98 is mark 8 Dewlite for mustang. I dont believe they will fit

Yes. This is the strongest 4.6 block made. It was cast in Italy by the Teksid company and is capable of 1500 plus horse power. This is an aluminum block as opposed to your cast iron block. The teksid block was found in Lincoln Mark Viii 93-98 and the 96-98 mustang cobras.
