The oil pump rattling is very unlikely, a bad pump causing other components to rattle and damage themselves is VERYlikely.
wrong viscosity oil, bad oil pump, bad hydraulic lifters,or loose tappet rockers
No, if you have oil in your oil pan, you have other problems. It has nothing to do with your water pump going out or being bad.
so will the wrong oil filter
The oil could be dirty or the filter could be clogged. The oil pump screen could be clogged or the pump could be going bad.
If the oil level is too low this can happen. However, the oil pump, in the oil pan, could be going bad. At higher RPM the pump creats enough force, but at idle is doesn't. Check you oil level first, then look into the pump. Before going to far have a shop install an external oil pressure gauge and check the pressure. It may only be an oil pressure switch that is bad.
Yes it sure will, but it can also be the valves need adjustment.
If your oil level is good, then it's either an oil sender going bad, or an oil pump going bad.
