What are you asking?
1) EKG does not show any beer, ever. For that matter EKGs don't show drugs. They show your heart and how it's working. Drugs may affect that but many things do.
2) Blood & urine test for alcohol and drugs.
3) One beer one day ago will not show in any test. Our only current testing will show alcohol currently in your system, once it's out we can't test for it.

Yes. It stays in the hair for several months and any "hits" will show up.
