There are certain additives that won't be in regular oil. It may take a while for any effects to show, so it is best just to get a diesel oil. Its available at many retail chains, Autozone, O'Riellys, Advance Auto, Walmart, Pep Boys. etc
Most readily available bio-diesels are about 90% diesel and 10% vegetable oil. So no, wont hurt.
No, Diesel oil is needed. Regular oil will not provide the necessary lubrication and it will cause a lot of blow-by smoke as it leaks past the rings since it is too thin.
not much. it would change the viscosity of the oil. the diesel oil is much thicker than regular engine oil.
if it is an old diesel engine.. nothing an old diesel engine runs on sunflower oil or whatever else. but if it is a new engine it wil stuck. (srry 4 my bad English i am dutch)
No you can not use gas engine oil in diesel engine oil because processing of diesel engine is different from gas engine oil. If you use this then it damage your vehicles.
No. You can't put regular HEET in a diesel engine or an engine that requires oil and gas mixed, but you can put ISO HEET in all combustion engines.
NO, do not use diesel oil and a gasoline engine.
Oil is just as important to a diesel engine as it is to a petrol engine
"Diesel oil" or "Heavy oil" is another term for diesel fuel. Not to be confused with "engine oil for a diesel engine" which means lubricating oil specially formulated for use in diesel rather than petrol engines.
5 liters of diesel engine oil.
Engine sludge formation includes, lack of proper maintenance, inappropriate oil temperature, use of an inferior engine oil, and engine oil contamination. You can try flushing it out with an oil flush additive but often times this does more harm than good.
any diesel oil will be fine
