There are currently no announced plans for a movie adaptation of the Morganville Vampires series. It is possible that it could happen in the future, but as of now, there is no official confirmation.
There is not currently a Morganville Vampires TV series and there may not necessarily be one - Rachel Caine has a movie agent who is trying to put a film into production, although no progress on actually producing a film/TV series has been made.
In the final book "The Bitter Blood" of The Morganville Vampires series, Claire, Shane, Eve, and Michael successfully defeat the Founder and his followers, bringing peace to Morganville. Amelie steps down as the leader of the town, appointing Claire as the new Daylighter. The series ends with Claire and her friends finally achieving a sense of normalcy and a hopeful future in Morganville.
yes.
On Rachel Caine's website she says the rights are being auctioned by Charles Armitage of Noel Gay Motion Picture Company (UK). Which means he is trying to make a deal for it to be made into a film or TV series, however this can take a long time and there have been no recent updates. See related links for a petition to make it into a TV series or a film.

There is no evidence to suggest vampires ever have existed. Many claim to be vampires, but these claims are invariably fantastic, unsupported and made by adolescents (the frequency of which rises after the release of a film series featuring them).
No. On no websites ANYWHERE does it say that it will be made into a movie.
