NO. The United States (as well as every other world power) is not considering a ceasefire with Islamic State (Daesh - داعش). The ceasefire recently achieved was between the Assad Regime and the Russian bombing raids that have supported them on the one hand and the elements of the Free Syrian Army (al-Jaysh as-Suri al-Horr - الجيش السوري الحر) on the other. A ceasefire with Islamic State or Al-Qaeda Islamic Maghrab (AQIM) would be unreasonable.
