Will the X-44 Manta ever enter service and isn't it better in all ways than the F22 Raptor?

Probably not, since funding for the project was cut ten years ago. It does seem to have advantages over the F22, but one would need to be able to see a more detailed analysis to really determine if it's better "in all ways" or not.
