1st make sure that the service brakes are adjusted properly Adjustment should either be at the junction of the cables under the vehicle or at the handle itself (may have to remove trim for access) Set to 3 clicks and adjust so wheels are locked at this point

it adjust itself. theres 2 different belts for that year make sure its the correct one.

Eyes are able to focus when the Ciliary muscles attached to the lens adjust itself. They adjust itself so that the curvature of the lens varies according to where the light rays are coming from, so that it hits the retina properly to form a clear image.
it haves a sstem of parts
you can't replace just the bulb itself. you have to replace the whole bulb and lens assembly and you have to get them from the dealership. they are somewhat expensive but there is no other solution that i know of.
There is no way to adjust the belt tensioner, if it's not keeping enough tension on the belt the complete tensioner itself will need replaced.
