I guess it will come out sometime in 2012-2015. I think they'll be called Pokemon CrimsonRuby and Pokemon CobaltSapphire. As for Emerald, there is not going to be a remake because Yellow did not have a remake but red and green did. Crystal had no remake,either. But Gold and Silver did. No, there isn't any new fuly-fledged games coming, only the 2 remakes of Gold and Silver (HeartGold and SoulSilver, respectively).

You can't, the game won't let you transfer items from any other game apart from Pokemon Black or another copy of White.

Rumors of a possible confirmation of a remake to the games Ruby and Sapphire had been leaked around the web for awhile now so it's quite possible but don't get any hopes up as the current project for Gamefreak is Generation IV or Pokemon X and Y versions.
