If they are the same size, yes.
They will fit, but are a little narrow. I have a Taurus and run it on 215/65/15 tires.

Dodge rims are not generally compatible with Ford vehicles due to differences in bolt patterns. Tires however, are compatible with both brands.
Because the Ford Taurus is probably one of the worst cars to be built in modern American history, if I were you, I would by a Dodge or Chevy.
