There are 2 rubber seals on each end of the wheel cylinders and there leaking. REPLACE THE WHEEL CYLINDERS.
The seals sit in the head of the motor. Each cylinder has 4 valves, 2 intake and 2 output valves, each valve has a semi rubber/metal seal that keeps oil from leaking into the combustion chamber. Replacing the seals requires removing the head from the motorblock.
Replace the valves guide seals.
Cylinders are basically pipe, or tube shaped. To make them useful they have to be sealed off at at least one end. And the part that seals them off, where you often finds valves and stuff, is called a cylinder head.
yes
Valves are too tight.or seals are damaged.(valve seals)
Yes you can, but be careful about the amount and frequency of using it as it can dry out rubber seals and shorten their lifespan requiring frequent replacing

The Chevrolet 350 stock "O" ring valve seals attach to the valves not the heads but, yes the head assembly has valve seals.
yes, you can use the umbrella seals. I just replaced my umbrella seals on my valves with new ones. My head gasket kit came with the o-ring seals though, I heard the umbrella seals were more preferred. I haven't had a issue since I replaced them.
bad valve stem seals
Rubber valve stem seals are the parts used to keep tires from leaking around the valve stems. They provide a tight seal which also keeps them securely in place.
