If you have a modern Mac with an Intel processor, the answer is Yes (all current models of Macs use Intel processors). There are two ways to do this. Firstly, you can run Microsoft Vista as the sole operating system. Essentially you restart your computer so that it doesn't run the Mac operating system, OSX, rather it will "boot" straight into Vista. To do this, use the Boot Camp feature in Mac OSX Leopard. Secondly, you can run Vista alongside Mac OSX so that both run simultaneously. There are a number of products to enable you to do this.
