Some athletes take in ridiculously amounts of food but don't gain weight due to the sheer amount of exercise they do. So, I suppose, if you do enough exercise to counteract your binging then sure, you will not gain weight. But in reality, THAT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE! Don't binge. Don't starve. Eat normally.
