You can be ticketed, but usually not arrested, UNLESS something else brought about your arrest and they just lumped all the charges together on your charging sheet.
If you get caught, probably.
The charge is $75.00 - $100.00 depending on the court.
$113 as of March 2013
Of course you will still have to pay for it. And the ticket is probably already in the system and will appear when you go for the new license.

Speeding ticket are usually sent to the address on the license. However, if the officer notices that the license and registration addresses are different, they will ask for the correct one.
If it was a New York or a Michigan ticket, the answer would be YES. Because it is a Florida ticket, the answer is NO - for now. That may change in the future.

No, getting a ticket when you have a drivers permit in Indiana will not prohibit you from getting your drivers license. There are several steps to getting your drivers license in Indiana and it is best to contact the Indiana DMV for more in depth information.
Yep.
I have the same question! I was looking over the ticket I got last night and realized the officer clearly wrote a 9 as the last number in my drivers license number and the last number of my drivers license number is really a 3...I really hope this makes the ticket void.
