You can, but that is not very healty for you and once you start to eat normal again, you will gain the weight back very fast. I am trying to lose weight right now. I have found out that in order to lose 1 lb a week you have to cut out 500 calories a day. It takes 3500 calories to lose 1 lb of fat. Just eat healthy and exercise. And remember muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck and God Bless:)
You cannot live on just water. Your body will deteriorate from the lack of nutrients in foods like carbs and proteins and so forth. So technically you will lose weight, but at an expense to your health overall.
Yes but it will be accompanied by: Depression, Lack of energy and strength, slowed thinking, poor memory, Dry yellow skin and nails, constipation, bloating, tooth decay, dizziness, fainting, headaches, increase in body hair and facial hair even in women, hair loss, infertility(periods stop/ no longer produce sperm may not be able to achieve erection) low blood pressure, heart palpitations, heart failure.

Due to dehydration, a starvation diet causes a significant decrease in muscle mass and water weight. Your metabolism may slow down as a result, and you may have increased hunger, overeat, or experience nutritional deficiencies that may have an impact on your daily activities. Therefore, starving is never the answer .
You will lose weight because your are burning more calories than consuming. This is not healthy and ultimately not sustainable.
you will lose your life not your weight!
Never starve yourself!!! to feel full Drink lots of water and eat vegetables with lots of fiber, that will make you less hungry when you sit down for a meal
Yes you will, but it's not good for you
go for runs, and exercise more.. eat beter. drink heaps of water, but dont starve your self! its the worst thing to do! just eat heaps well.. & cut out the extra fattystuff that you dont need! you, can do it! believe in yourself! PEACE!
I think you should just exercise and drink plenty of water and you should be fine. But don't starve yourself... It slows our metabolism and will cause you to store fat and gain weight. Hope this helps!
actually if you starve yourself your body automatically goes into a reserve emergency state actually storing more fat and calories so which means that you still gain weight. But yes you can still loose the weight though but it's faster when you exercise and drink plenty of water
You will certainly lose weight if you cut down on your meals and engage in lots of exercise. However, it is a good idea for you to lose weight in a healthy way. Be sure not to starve yourself as that may be harmful to your health.
One day? None, you'd actually gain water weight depending on how much water you normally drink. But over time you'd loose weights. You'd loose it slower at first, then it's get to about 4-6 pounds a week, but slowly tapering off as your metabolism slowed.
You can lose a lot of weight very quickly. But there's a catch. Once you start putting foods in your body you will put on the weight you lost... and then some. Starving yourself is a truly terrible idea. And if you try to starve for too long, you will start bingeing when your body/brain override your desire to starve yourself and lose weight. My recommendation: eat healthy and work out many times a week. It might not be as fast, but you will have lasting results.
Watch your diet. Only drink water, no soda or juice (there is a lot of calories in juice) But do not starve yourself, contact your Dr. or a dietitian so that you get enough nutrients.I believe that is not possible because your body needs a balance of a diet. So what that means is that a way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. In addition, be patient to get results.
If you starve yourself and exercise for a week, you could probably lose anywhere from 5 to 10 lbs. But, that will mostly be water weight and not the weight from fat that you are hoping to lose. When you starve yourself, your body goes in "starvation mode," meaning that everything you eat is stored directly as fat because the body conserves as much energy as possible to keep you alive because it thinks you are starving to death. Therefore, it would take you longer to lose that ten pounds of by fasting rather than eating healthy and exercising.
Drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables. Try your best to eat as healthy as you can without starving yourself. Remember to work out at least 30-60 minutes a day. You need to burn off 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. Don't forget to workout and eat healthy, remember don't starve yourself!!
The answer is yes; losing body resistance and weight but with grave consequences. If you starve yourself intentionally, you may lose some weight, however, the nutrients will be depleted and your body suffers. In the long run, you get sick and I'd rather you didn't. To lose weight, you need to eat moderately, exercise, and stop eating extra. Drink raw juice, water, green tea instead of soft-drinks
