Very likely. The answer lies within the question. The probation was REVOKED. If the judge revoked your sentence of probation that leaves only one possibility, he meant for you to be removed from your supervised freedom and remanded to jail.

Anything is possible if he can find an attorney who will take his case to Appeals Court. But usually - no - you can't He has already been sentenced for that crime and begun serving his penalty. Probation WAS his sentence/penalty. After you plead AND begin your sentence you can't go back later and decide you didn't like the sentence you got.

Unclear what is being asked. What is an "intense" violation? As far as your probation is concerned, if you are already in violation of your probation the judge might just decide to remand you to jail to serve the remainder of your sentence behind bars. ESPECIALLY if you've gone and re-offended while you were already on probation. Probation is not a "get out of jail free" card! How many bites at the apple do you think you're going to get?

Im confused, if you were found not guilty of a crime, then what were you given probation for and why wasnt it dismissed at the time when you were found not guilty. Usually, that is what happens, unless you got probation for another part of the crime that wasnt part of this judgement. When you violate probation, you go back before the judge and between them and the probation officer they decide if you should go to jail or get more or different type of probation and more FINES. Is it really worth the hassle?
