According to www.VE85.com, the vortec 4200 inline 6 cyl engine is not designed for this directly. There may be a conversion for it, but it is not directly compatible and should not be attempted. This can damage the engine.

If you know where the Airbox is with the Air Filter in it ... follow that tube to the Vortec 4200 cover. The Air travels through the Airbox into the throttle body and youll see it after removing that Vortec 4200 cover and disconnecting the tube from it and youll see the butterfly valve of the throttle body
Remove the air chamber labled Vortec 4200, two bolts on left side, and loosen the hoses on both sides. No cables!, remove bolts of each coil pack and plugs are below...
The 4200 Vortec inline Six does not have a belt. It in fact has a timing chain to drive the dual overhead camshafts. Under the motor cap that says 4200. Vortec it has a few bolts and a wire to the throttle body and a PVC for fuel so be careful it's easy it u make it hope it helps

Bank 1 and 2 reference a V type engine where there would be two exhaust manifolds. The Vortec 4200 Inline 6 cylinder engine hence has one exhaust manifold and the Oxygen sensor is mounted there. (passenger side of engine).

There is no typical PCV valve in these trucks. There is a ventilation tube that is connected to the bottom of the Resonator box that sits on top of the motor. Says "Vortec 4200" on it. When you take the box off to clean the throttle body - yes clean it if you want to correct idle or stumbling when AC is on - you must ensure that it is reconnected along with the fuel Pressure switch vacuum tube.
The fully electronic ignition of the 4200 vortec LL8 Inline 6 cylinder engine does not use a coil. It in fact uses coil packs located over each individual spark plug. The wires can be seen on the top of the engine where they attach to the coil packs. The coil packs are held in place by long thin bolts that reach down to the cylinder head.
