You will need to find out about transferring your BCBS coverage from one state to the next. You should be able to find out if you can transfer it by calling the toll free number on the back of your BCBS insurance card.
It depends on what type of Plan you are in...If you are in a PPO through a group policy that uses the national network than most likely yes. If you have an individual policy, probably not...I agree with above you should call to make sure.
