Nope, for the first day or so you might have a slightly weird sound when you use the letter 'S' but that quickly vanishes. You do however have to control saliva a slight bit more :)
Some People are allergic to the metal in the braces, if you think that you may be allergic you nedd to talk to your ortho.

i don't think getting invisible braces are different from getting normal braces and braces does not hurt when you are getting them but when you got them on for a few hours or so it will kinda hurt

No, technically speaking, since they go on your teeth, they don't affect your vocal chords, therefore they don't change your voice. However, if the braces do cause you to drool a little excessively or something of the like, it is possible that you will sound a little different than without the braces.
Fortunately, I do not need to have braces put in right now. When I was a child, I had to have braces during two different periods of my life. If you thnk you need braces, please see an orthodontist.
Of course not I love Asians and having braces doesn't make you weird I know a lot of people who have braces and they don't look any different :)
