Effects and transitions are the animation types in Windows Movie Maker.
You can't do that in Windows Movie Maker. Of course you can use an animation, but you can't place it over a picture or video clip in the same project. You can do that in other video editing software applications, but not Windows Movie Maker. Sorry.
It all depends with the settings on the Windows Live movie maker that will determine whether or not the music and video will stop or start again at the end of the loop.
Download the program again. This time in the language you need.
It doesn't shorten them. You have to increase them in Windows Movie Maker to see the full animation. Drag/stretcg the gif towards the right on the time-line. Then press play in the Preview pane. You will see the full animation.
Windows Movie Maker imports .gif files is the original format size. You will have to stretch the gif out on the time-line to see its total animation.
Windows Movie Maker can import .gif animation files as well as these other picture files:.bmp, .dib, .emf, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .wmfIt might not look as though your .gif animation is working when you first import it into Windows Movie Maker though, because the animation has to be drawn out along the time-line. When you first import it, the file is in a 'condensed-frame' format.Stretch the imported .gif animation on the Time-line, then press Play in the Preview window. You will see the animation in action.
The Pivot animation must be changed/converted (Saved As) a GIF before it can be imported into Windows Movie Maker.
To add a Title page on Windows Movie Maker...In the time-line view of the program;> Click on Tools, Titles and Credits> Choose to place the Title "Before the Selected Clip"> Change color, font and animation in this menu> Click Add Title
You need to change the Animation scheme in Titles and Credits. However, if you are looking to 'Set' the title stationary on the left side of a clip (without animation of any type), it can't be done in Windows Movie Maker. My suggestion is to create a title page/clip (with the title placed as desired) in a graphics application. Then import it into Windows Movie Maker.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'moving photobucket pics'. If you mean GIF animations, then all you need to do is import them into Windows Movie Maker. Drag the animation down into the Time-line and extend it (drag it to the right). The animation only works after you drag it out on the time-line.
If you mean Windows Movie Maker and GIF animations, that is easy. Simply import the GIF animation into the program. Drag it down into the Time-line view of the program. Then, drag out the GIF on the time-line (drag it to the right). That is the only way to see the animation work. You have to extend the GIF animation on the time-line for the animation to work.
