You can get a pilates tape at any department store and just 20-25 minutes doing these about 3 - 4 times per week will definitely give you results that you want. I weighed about 170 pounds and I started pilates within 3 months I was from a size 16 to a 12! I am still losing weight now, and I do my pilates at least 4 times a week.
