The aim is to improve coordination, balance, flexibility and strength, as well as to promote mental relaxation. Where can you find a clip for a JC Higgins 22 cal rifle model 42?

I would suggest trying a local gunsmith who has been around a while. Gun shows would also be a possible source. Numrich Gun parts, http://www.e-gunparts.com/, found a clip for a Savage Model 1903 .22 short pump action rifle for me many years after it had been discontinued. They are known for their large stock of gun parts. Magazines for this rifle are also available at www.midwayusa.com. In googling the model 42, I learned it was a rebranded Marlin 80 and I bought the Marlin 80 magazine; it is product # 635389 and it looks, fits and operates the same as the original JC Higgins clip. The above is correct. The Model 42 and the Marlin Model 80 use the same clip. Do a google search for "Marlin 704046" and you will see a bunch of online stores selling them for about Fifteen bucks. midwayusa.com didn't have them when I searched.

Does Pilates result to flat abs?

Burning any type of fat results from physical exercise such as Cardio (high intensity) and Fat Burning (low intensity). when you do resistance training like pilates it mostly just tightens and strengthens your core UNDER the fat... I usually run for a half hour or use the elliptical machine THEN do pilates and that works great... you just need to make sure you get some sort of aerobic activity that will burn the fat, and the pilates will get you ripped.

What is the difference between yoga and Pilates?

They are similar, both are low impact forms of exercise, but pilates has a very specific focus on the abdomen. Pilates works from the idea that once you strengthen your core, everything else follows. The breathing patterns used are also different. Personally, my muscles feel like they've had a better workout after pilates, but both are very enjoyable!
While they both provide a body-mind connection, The Pilates Method is a form of exercises that is continues movement through a class or session while Yoga is traditionally holidng movements.
