return line can be blocked fuel pressure regulator is leaking. I know you mention is new but check if it leaks when key is turned to ON...................................
put the gas petal to the floor while starting it. that works for me.
When you are cranking it does the injectors spray fuel ?? If not then check fuel pressure and fuel filter. If you have fuel at the injectors then do you have fire at the spark plug wires were they hook to the plugs ?? If not then check ingnition coil and coil wire. If that is okay then probley need to replace the ingnition module inside the distributor.
Precpitation and thus flooding is associated with low pressure systems.
If you have a check engine light "on" then you need to have it scanned for codes. It could be numerous reasons such as a vacuum leak, loss of fuel pressure, flooding, and the beat goes on.
pull the vacume line off the fuel pressure regulator on the driver side fuel rail and start the car. if you have gas coming from the regulator it is flooding the engine and is your mane problem.
were is the oil pressure sensor located
The typical fuel pump pressure for a 1997 Chevrolet CK 1500 truck is 50 psi. The high pressure is required to atomize the fuel when it leaves the injectors.
Clutch, yes. Pressure plate, No.
The more the rain the more chance of flooding, drains get blocked due to intense water pressure and so on...
The oil pressure sensor, on a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, is located on the front of the engine. The sensor will be just above the oil pan.
were is pressure regulatore on Chevrolet silverado 1500 5.7
