Going out on a limb here, but I would say the Traub, They guess it was made in 1917 based on the parts on the bike it's self. It was found behind a brick wall in 1969 in a Chicago, IL home. Sold to Bud Ekins in 1972. Mr. Ekins sold it to Richard Morris in 1994. In 1994 a museum called Wheels Through Time got the motorcycle. Every owner has tried and failed to find any information on the motorcycle. But nobody has any information. It was said that it has no rival from the same time period. it is far more refinded than any other bike of the time. It has a side valve 80ci motor. Three toolboxes, with the name "Traub" cast into the tools. a three speed transmission, and a unique dual action rear brake. It is a factory quality bike, with no factory. No information is known about this motorcycle. Even the year it was made is guessed. There is no more information, but you can find pictures at www.wheelsthroughtime.com look for the Traub. It's a beautiful bike. I'm sure there are hundred "One of a kind" motorcycles on this planet. But I am pretty sure there isn't one this old, in this kind of condition and not a single bit of information to go with it. Might not be the correct answer, but you will have to admit this is one of the rarest motorcycles ever to apear on earth.
