Stream North Edsa. Low salary with too many disputes. to sum it up. SUTHERLAND TARLAC, my gosh the salary and all of the account sucks.. most of thier accounts there are project base, it's permanent but seasonal.. and the HR of sutherland? what the hell.. yeah they have good people, but not to mention the management..
if you are going to check the incentive of convergys.. well i guess convergys has the greatest incentive than the other call center company.. and i just want to add that, i think the worst.. as in WORST call center in the Philippines for me is SITEL ortigas and SITEL baguio.. the interviewer? duh... all of the questions are really irrelevant and offensive..
