In theory, yes, but you would have to get low-profile tires, which will likely be rather expensive. Your sidewall height should be 40, as in 195 40R18 or 185 40R18.
Also, I do not think you can go wider than 195 on that car.
Please make sure that the offset is correct for your car and that the wheels themselves are not too wide. I believe the stock wheel width for that car is 5.5 inches. And they're high offset, but I don't know what the offset specifically is.
