Well, really it's down to her as an individual. Her being a mom and 30 years old really doesn't have anything to do with whether she may or may not like clubbing. She might be more mature than someone without a child, but that doesn't mean she doesn't know how to have fun!
She might hate clubbing, for all I know she may have always hated clubbing! On the other hand clubbing might be something she's awesome at. The majority of 30 year old moms I know wouldn't want to go clubbing (most of them feel they've left that 'stage of life' behind), but I do know some who would.
Perhaps if you're thinking of taking her clubbing, you should stick to less extreme places, this would be done either to introduce her to clubs or reintroduce her to clubbing. You could always go to a few clubs, see how she finds it and then head off to a bar/pub/house and have a night that everyone can enjoy.
Bare in mind, 30 is still young you know! Prepare to potentially be out danced!
