No, they're different.
No, they are too light to work on an Accord.
Yes, it is the same starter for both.
yes they will
follow the pos battery cable to find the starter. Remove the neg cable then the wires to the starter and the mounting bolts and work it out.
Have you checked it's starter?
Hey Candace==Remove the negative battery cable. Then remove the wires from the starter then the mounting bolts and work it out. GoodluckJoe
any engine will work with a little mod or alot of mods i wouldnt do it 86-89 honda accord should work
well smallest is a 1.5 sohc for a civic........ u can go up too a V-8 if u wanted but that would require body work. but if your keeping it stock probably 2.2 liter out of a accord but then that would require new wiring, probably new tranny, and maybe different axle!!
It could either be a starter gone bad or it could be a bad cylinoid. If the starter motor does not spin that would cause the engine not to turn over. The best thing is to buy the cylinoid first then if that does not work replace the starter motor. It never hurts to replace both.
not having a horn
What do you mean it won't work? Do you mean it will not start? Changing the oil will not cause this. Something else is going on. Does the starter work? Need more information as to what is and what is not happening.
