Although it might be scientifically interesting (although inhumane) to perform this experiment, we can reasonably predict that this group of isolated babies would not develop language, or they would at most develop a very rudimentary form of language, perhaps a few words. Languages develop over time, not in a single generation.

Bionic is a made-up word of biologic and electronic, and uterus is the scientific name for the womb, where babies grow. So I'm assuming this would somehow be related to the idea of creating artificial wombs that babies could develop in.

No one will ever know who the first person was let alone how old they were. Certainly an adult would have been the first to develop a written language and in developing that language he or she would have obviously been able to read and write it

Looks like you are trying to cheat in your World History class. heh heh.......One reason would be because of the different environments; each would have it's own plants , wildlife, weather,etc...andeach would develop language to describe their particular home...and, if one traveled, they would learnnew language particular to he new elevation/ environment. Customs, the same. People would develop customs that would be unique to their unique environment.
