Would a husky dog do well in Dubai where you live in such hot weather?

A Husky would be 'survive' in the Dubai heat, but I'm not sure about do well. It would be pleasent for the dog in the winter but you have to remember that 6 months out of the year, it is not only hot in Dubai, but humid. And that is the worst part of it.
Huskies have been bred for hundreds of years to have a natural instinct to run, so you will need to take the husky out on a regular basis. If its hot and humid for 6 months out of the year, think about what all that pent up energy would do in a confined space. Not only are they energetic, but quite mischievous.
I would think twice about getting a Husky in Dubai. Even if you would love that dog endlessly and care for it 24/7, you have to remember what the dog is feeling and what it is going through. Even regular short trimming of the coat would not be sufficient, though it would certainly help. Personally I wouldn't subject a Husky to the Dubai weather.

For example: If you live in an apartment in Texas it will be very cramped and hot and a husky would not have enough room to run around and would not like the heat very much. But if you lived in a house in Nebraska then your husky would have more room and cooler weather in some cases. I have a husky and live in Illinois and I have a house with a large backyard and an underground electric fence so my husky can run around all he wants. Also huskies are very stubborn and need a lot of training. So if you are someone with a "large" home, a backyard, lots of patience, and a cool climate then the husky is the perfect dog for you! (I am not saying huskies can't live in hotter climates, I am just saying that they prefer cooler ones.)

I have a SiberianHusky, and of my two dogs and two cats, he is the only one that has been able to withstand the heat without air-conditioning and without problems when we crossed the Mojave Desert several times in the summertime.
