Well kinda. Unless you dont text back for a reason. If you dont text back cause your busy, then you should just think that they are busy,and they dont have time to talk right now. Or if they do that all the time then you should get the hint that they dont wanna talk to you.

Yes as long as adults can do it I don't see why teens can not. That would be hypocritical. Love is love, whether you are 16 or 46. And when you are in love with someone you want the whole world to know.
