Sure. The only risk is that it might not taste very good -- it might be thin and watery. Was it kept at a constant temperature since you got it? If so, was it kept at a constant cool temperature? If so, the odds of it still tasting good are better. Red wines throw a deposit -- usually of pigment materials, as well as cream of tartar. You might want to decant it, i.e. pour the wine gently off the deposit into another bottle (use a funnel) or an actual decanter. The aeration will help it. If air got into the bottle, the wine will taste oxidized, like sherry. Drinking this is a matter of personal taste. Try it; see if you like it. The alcohol content and the acidic pH would have kept any harmful spoilage organisms away.
