yes, becasue it shows how old the fossil really is and the form and shape of it
Finding a Paleozoic fossil would change our thinking completely, we would have to rethink the entire evolution of animals and the conditions on Earth all the way back to and including the Paleozoic. That is 500 million years of geologic history to rewrite.
A fossil is not a mineral.
Probably, carbonateous fossil.
A geologist is studying layers of rock He finds a fossil with an imprint of a shelled animal According to the law of faunal and floral succession what kind of fossil would he most likely find next is a fossil of fishes.

The fossil fuels will become extinct in some years. There is no future of fossil fuels. That is why there is so much research going on the alternate fuels.
She would be amazed by how many people are criminals!
evolution occurred
First of all the animal that the fossil is from was going to a different location and died there, so it would still be there. Also the desert 50 million years ago could have been a forest where many different organisms live.
i would feel AMAZED
if someone was amazed, surprised or disgusted
The oldest known fossils of jellyfish have been found in rocks in Utah that are more than 500 million years old!!

At Rivet Ravine
544 million years ago was the Proterozoic era. This was before visible life on the planet. This long ago the inhabitants wouldn't necessarily leave a fossil. If there is a lack of fossil evidence after this that means there was a mass extinction in this part of the world, and nothing survived to have children to leave fossils. Eventually another species will migrate in but until that happens there would be no fossil evidence.
I would think a Fox Fossil
