Light travels in vacuum but sound cannot. So, we can see solar flares but can't hear them. (Outer space can be considered to be vacuum)
i know one, solar flares can affect your orbit and every thing changes
Organisms from earth, cannot live in outer space. They need a stable environment and a place to evolve and reproduce. Outer space, does not have a stable environment it gets hot then cold in a matter of seconds. If you really think about it, what would the organisms eat? There's nothing in outer space that would provide them with food.
Yes they are, if you know what they are then good, if you don't then here it is; solar flares are flares that come from the sun, so if your up in space and you get to one GOOD LUCK
No they can not operate in outer space.
The earth has several possible threats from outer space. Some of those threats are comets, asteroids, and large solar flares.

Yes, FM does travel in space. In fact I believe that at least some space communication utilizes FM signals (data and voice).
