It would depend on the type of damage. Gashes and damage that interrupt the smooth lines of the aircraft can increase its radar profile. In most cases the damage will not be enough to make a significant change.

How b-2 bomber WORKS?

If you are asking how the bomber itself works I don't know but if you are asking how the stealth works I can awnser that... The B2 bombers "stealth" can be created in 2 ways:The 1st way is the airplane can be shaped so that any radar signals it reflects are reflected away from the radar equipment. The 2nd way is the airplane can be covered in materials that absorb radar signals.

What is the need to use stealth technology?

Stealth technology is used to make an aircraft or seacraft undetectable or hard to detect by radar technology. It is employed on the Boeing B2 Spirit bomber so that a potential target would not be able to detect the aircraft until its too late. Stealth technology can be used to penetrate automated defense systems and strike a target, or pave the way for non-stealth aircraft. -K

Does flat black paint make your car less noticeable to radar?

No... The only thing that will make your car less noticeable to radar is the Classified compound applied to the military's F-117 'stealth fighter' and B-2 'stealth bomber'. I'm sorry to say, I don't think that's available on the market yet.
