It would make very little difference to its apparent size. It will be a lot larger and brighter. The moon has a very thin atmosphere so the sun there is very large and bright.
The sun would look much smaller than it does from Earth but still bright.
Look bigger
A human's ability to view the sun depends on their distance from the sun and the type of atmosphere of the celestial object from which they are viewing the sun. If there is not enough atmosphere to scatter light from the sun, or if the distance is too great, the sun would be indistinguishable from other stars, if seen at all. If, hypothetically, Saturn had an atmosphere similar to Earth's and had a surface that humans could stand on, the sun would appear to the naked eye to be one-tenth the size and brightness of Earth's full moon.

It would look similar to the way it does from Earth, only smaller as Mars is further away.

Yes, you can. If you were a light, more skin colour lipstick tone, your lips can looke smaller. Shocking red makes your lips look bigger; the opposite makes them look smaller. (Without cosmetic surgery)
