you have a couple of courses of action, first, you could apply for emancipation and prove you had the means to support yourself, which at 15 could be difficult, bc most places won't hire a 15 year old. you could also report to the department of human services, or whatever agency covers children, and report the abuse. If your safe place to stay is a relative, they could probaly have temporary custody granted until abuse could be proven, and then permanent guardianship could be established.

Answerin some cases you can if you can prove it, yet 15 is a hard age to try to move out bc your a minor. I tried and I'm still trying. first, you need to tell an adult that you trust, then you need to talk to a social worker, next, you apply for emancipation, and that's not the easiest thing to do but you would have to have some type of proof (shown scars, welt's,etc., to a friend)last arrange a safe place to stay.Hopefully a RELATIVE you can trust bc this stuff can really get hard and frustrating and also because they background check everything on that person. Besides that you should be good to go. AnswerPrevious poster stated: "...arrange a safe place to stay.Hopefully a RELATIVE...because they background check everything on that person"

That does not sound like emancipation, but rather a change of guardianship. Which, for the original poster is probably a more likely option than emancipation would be. There are only a very few states that will allow someone under the age of 16 to petition the court for emancipation. I suggest you call social services (anonymously if you want) and ask them if you're being abused (and you better be able to back up the charge) and you have a place to stay, what process do you need to follow.

Would you be allowed to move out at 14 if your parents are abusive and you have a safe place to stay?

the family would probably be safe in taking in the child, but they would have an obligation to inform the police or Children's Services unless the parents agreed to allow the minor to stay there. If the child had bruises, then they need to have taken photos and to report the abuse immediately.

Which is correct where are there parents or where are their parents?

Should children be allowed to live with their parents in prison?

Definitely not, Prison is no place for a child. They would be eaten alive. And besides that people will typically have a roommate if not more. That would not go over well if they also had children in the room.

Should a teenage boyfriend be allowed to be in a teenage girl's bedroom?

It really depends on your character and morality. Usually society would say no because the bedroom is a symbol of a really intimate location and its a personal place where the family doesn't really hang around to supervise. I do not believe the parents would approve.

If a man and woman are married and only one is of drinking age can they both drink?

No, not really. The law states that all persons over 5 and under 18 are allowed to consume alcohol in a private place with parents permission. So a married couple in their own home with one under 18 would need parents permission.

How someone can get out of a abusive relationship?

If you are allowed to drive anywhere without the abusive person, take your kids if you have any and drive to police station or far away. Take nothing with you. If the abusive person works and doesn't come home for several hours, take your kids if you have any, and pack a few clothes with you and go to neighbor's house. Call police or ask neighbor to drive you close to your destination. Make sure they don't know the exact place. Ask help centers or police for more information.
