Depends: With or without permission? My neighbor uses our internet wirelessly, with our permission.
If you are trying to connect to a wireless network that is unsecured, your neighbor could very well be looking at everything that you do! Well, even if it is secured, they still could be.
But if you are using it without permission, just be careful not to get caught as some people pay for their bandwidth usage, and if you're upping their bill they may have it out for you!
