Lots of times a woman who has already had a baby will recognize little things before she has missed a period. Not always though, as each pregnancy can be completely different.
Otherwise a first pregnancy is usually found only after a period or sometimes two are missed.
Pregnancy causes hormone levels to rise and give woman the signs of pregnancy. Most woman who aren't trying to get pregnant don't notice the early symptoms and often there are no symptoms in the first weeks.

Now, we are trying for a second child (we should know for sure this week-end), I got the same metal taste in my mouth for the past 3 days. No...I got a metallic taste in my mouth and have had it for the past 4 days. Ive been on the pill for years and was freaking out that I was pregnant, I felt like I had other symptoms too. I took 4 urine tests and a blood test and all of them were negative. Turns out I was dehydrated.

You probably wouldn't want to have your period in your mouth, but assuming you meant month, you could be pregnant & if your not sexually active &/or know 100% that you are not pregnant, it could be from stress or if you have started a new exercise regime, that could also delay it.

Firstly I will say: I'm a guy but I will try to reassure you with the knowledge i know. if a female is pregnant she will not have here period (from what I know) and i have never heard of a case were a female would have her period when she is pregnant, the reason for this is because it is a common sign to check if you are pregnant. so my answer for you would be : that wouldn't happen
