No. I don't believe in using force - or nagging - to get what I want, but I will talk about my feelings. If a guy wanted to have sex with me and didn't want to get circumcised, I would tell him to look for sex elsewhere.
Circumsicion is harmfull to both the penis and to the sex act both the man and the woman are beter of with sex using an intact penis.

There are loads of reasons why a guy would tell you that another guy likes you. Personally i wouldn't do anything about it and if the guy really does like you he will tell you himself.
