According to the US Constitution, the qualifications for becoming President of the United States are:
* must be a natural born citizen of the US * at least 35 years of age * and have had permanent residency in the US for at least 14 years. There is no mention of required college courses or conferred degrees required to qualify for running for President of the US ... although most US Presidents have attended college at one time or another.
There are no educational requirements for the US president. Not all of the presidents went to college, Truman being the most recent example. (Not completely relevant: you are not legally required to have law training to be the Chief Justice of the US.)

In the US, you would need to complete at least three years of post-secondary college (undergraduate college) then complete another four years of vet school.
Most people can complete their college training to become a bilingual teacher in 5 years. You can check with the college to see if course you have taken in high school can be entered for college credit reducing the amount of time you need to attend college.
