You are 11 weeks you have been having a brownish spotting when you wipe have an app for a ultrasound in 3 days does this mean you are having a miscarriage?

Unless anything drastic happens in the next two days, ask the medics when you go for your ultrasound scan. They will be able to assess your individual circumstances - it's always hard to advise on pregnancies at long distance, each pregnancy is different.

It could be impantation spotting. If you had sex within a day of the spotting starting it could be from the cervix. However if it is changing to red you need to go to see a doctor asap, and make sure your not having a miscarriage. When I was first pregnant with my baby I had spotting without sex and it was from implantation but it was brown blood which is old blood. Red blood is fresh blood!! Good luck.

It may not be. That was my only symptom and I was having a miscarriage. It can be a very small amount and still be a sign of miscarriage. You should tell your doctor so they can check on the status of the pregnancy.
