You would become very ill. Your weight may not be too much, depending upon your height. However, if you are concerned about your weight, starving yourself is the last thing you should do. At any age, and especially at your age you need a balanced diet to grow, keep healthy, repair your body after knocks, cuts etc, and to make sure that you develop properly into an adult. If you starve to lose weight, you will find that after you finish, you will put itll back on, and more, as your body goes into 'shock' at all the weight lost over a short period of time. A balanced diet means eating a mixture of protein (for growth/repair), carbohydrates and a little fat (for energy), vitamins and minerals (to make sure you develop properly) and fibre (to help yoour digestive system). A properly balanced diet, with lots of fruit, vegetables (raw and cooked) a little red meat, white meat (like chicken), nuts, wholemeal bread, cereals will actually help you lose weight and keep healthy, if it is coupled with a little exercise. Cut down (or have only as a special treat) cakes, biscuits (cookies) sweets, chocolate, sweet fizzy drinks, sweet squashes (unless they are low-calorie)and very fatty foods like fried anything, sausages, fatty meat and full fat cheeses. You hear of adults going to the gym to exercise (and it costs them a fortune!) but there are other ways for a young person to get exercise. Walking is very good (walking to school each day?), cycling, swimming, playing a sport. Exercise need not be exhausting (no one is asking you to play Rugby three times a day!) but it should be regular, and just enough effort to make you a little breathless after you finish. Coupled with a good diet, you should end up with the body that you want, and keep healthy at the same time. Fasting or starving is a real no-no, even for adults, unless you want to end up ill and after a while a great deal fatter than you started.
