ko well there are different things you know there are things like enablers who enable the thought of being a vsmpire when they are human... oyu can also be a shape shifter they also fees on blood but the most common thing is that you are awakeining that is the time that you crave blood the most when you are awakening you are very sensitive if you are a born vampire you will get over it in a short while
