If you are putting weight on even though you are eating right then it is probobly your age because when you become a teenager your body keeps most of the fat for obvious girly reasons!!!!You will loose that fat eventually after yo have finished teen growing!!!To loose weight excercise doesn't really matter it is what goes into your body that counts!!!Basically with every meal of the day you need to have about 1 portion of fruit or veg for example have bannana ,strawberries with yougurt on your weetibix!!For luu8nch you could have any basic fruit like bannana,orange,apple pear etcand for tea time have veg like califlower ,cabbage,peas ,carrots etcI really hope this helps,good luck with your prom!!!!!!
I would guess you must be eating more than you were before you started. You have to be careful because exercise increases your appetite and if you eat more (especially of the wrong things) then fat will be gained instead of lost.

start jogging or take a morning walk you can also start exercising by dancing in the morning before eating

This is frequesntly caused by eating a large meal before playing. Eat a slow energy release food before training and game times allow at least an hour after food to playing time if possible
