A person should be able to bench their own weight. If the 14 year old is 200lbs of solid muscle, he probably wouldn't have a problem lifting it.
Bench Warmer
Oh yes it is. I bench press that much. But I am a boy. Plus I am 15 years old. I am 5'9. I was 5'8 last year when I started bench pressing.
well you're above average that you can bench press 200 pounds. that's really good.
The fact that you can benchpress anything is enough to be happy about. what the hell!!!! I'm 150 lbs , 5 foot 9 and I'm only 12 years old and i can bench press 110 lbs
I've benched 319 lbs when I was 18. Now I'm 19
It would take years of hard training. Forget about using tricks (like bouncing the bar off your chest). Practice doing bench presses, using perfect form, two or three times weekly for years. If you have the genetic potential to do it, you may, then, be able to do it. .
Two per cent of 15000 pounds = 300 pounds. There is no time frame for the two per cent so the rest of the question is impossible to answer.
You have been growing and your muscles as still developing.
you are lieing..because phyically that is impossible and you would be the strongest 15 year old ever to live no sorry you're wrong ^^ i am 15 and i bench over 230, ive been wait training for years. so if you wanna get into a discussion i would be more than happy to prove you wrong.
That's.... like being on steroids. When I started lifting, I was 15 and could only bench 100 pounds. I weighed probably 130lbs, but still. Get off the power pellets kid. :)
Fist wat position second what are your stats I could be 6'2 250 pounds bench 300 start on a varsity team and not even make di 2
