well i would suggest you should confront your mother on this, and if it does not work out id move out

no, because if you move out of your moms house your a tard. it wont last forever with your boyfriend so dont mess up now and end up with nothing.

Not legally; technically your mother is still in control of you until you are 18/classified as an adult by all society. If your boyfriend really wants you to move in with him.

can you move out your person house with out consent if your pregnant and your only 16

Not without parental consent until you are 18. The pregnancy does not emancipate you.

Yes, if she has the permission of her parents or a court order. Otherwise she will have to stay until she is 18.

technically yes but no too because you shouldn't be pregnant anyways

No, you are a minor in most countries in the world until you are 18 (21 in some countries) and up to that time you are the responsibility of and under the control of your parents or legal guardian.

Yes, she can move in with her boyfriend. She will have to have her father's permission.

Not only can you move in together, you can get married!

Of course not! You are the responsibility of the parents until age 18.

Yes *** No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor. When you turn 18 you can move.

Only if she has permission from her parents. Being pregnant does make them an adult.

You can allow your daughter to move out of the house. It does not relieve you of your responsibilities for her welfare.

No, she cannot do so without the permission of her parents. Until she reaches the age of majority, she is their responsibility. Being pregnant does not change that status.

Only with parents permission or if she is emancipated.

Legally your parents can keep you in the house until you are 21, but if your parents sign a special paper you can move out when you are 18
