These are certainly some indications that you could be pregnant. The big question is whether or not you've had intercourse (sex). If you have, you could be pregnant. While most forms of Birth Control will reduce the likelihood of becoming pregnant, no form of birth control is 100% effective. It still happens.

As a 16 year old, your best course of action is to tell your parents or guardian. This will be difficult, there will be drama. You will get past it. If you want to be more certain before you tell them, purchase a reliable pregnancy test kit and check. Keep in mind that with in home pregnancy test kits that "negative" (not pregnant) is not always negative, but "postivie" (pregnant) is always positive.
