Calm down...A few questions...Is it super painful? Colors, especially leading away from the wound (dark streaks are of course bad). Most likely it's just a skin tag. I'm assuming your doc scheduled a wound check very soon -- call the office and see.
First though, a few tests. Are you bleeding copiously and can't stop it? Are you running a temp over 99.5F? Is the pain well beyond what you can easily handle (with any painkillers they prescribed)? If any of these are YES then call now.
If not? I'd wait. It's been too long to re-suture so there's likely no rush, and this doesn't sound like a serious problem to me.
